TarBase v5.0 TarBase v5.0 : TarBase v5.0 is the updated and extended version of the TarBase database with more than 1300 experimentally supported miRNA target interactions.
miRGen 2.0 miRGen 2.0 : miRGen is an integrated database of miRNA gene transcripts, Transcription Factor Binding Sites, miRNA expression profiles and Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms associated with miRNAs
